The S215 is a lightweight, air-leg mounted pneumatic rock drill built for blast-hole drilling in stoping operations.
The S215 is a lightweight, air-leg mounted pneumatic rock drill built for blast-hole drilling in stoping operations. Proven over decades in South African narrow-reef mining, its low mass and compact length make it the drill of choice for low stoping heights, where manoeuvrability and operator endurance decide the shift’s output.
Despite its light weight, the S215 delivers a high impact rate for fast, consistent penetration in hard rock. Fitted with an integrated muffling system for reduced operator noise exposure, and fully compatible with industry-standard drill steels, air legs and lubricators, the S215 slots directly into existing conventional drilling operations.
Every drill is manufactured, assembled and tested by Impco, with a full range of spares available ex stock.
