CNC Machining Capabilities

Impco continuously invests in advanced technology, enhancing their machining capabilities with the latest computer and machinery tool systems. Our intelligent manufacturing system powers a range of CNC milling and turning centres, equipped with advanced features such as:

– C-axis milling and powered tool holders, enabling back drilling, milling, and other operations directly on the turning centres.
– Positional accuracy of up to 2 microns across the X, Y, and Z axes, ensuring high precision in component production.

In addition to their CNC capabilities, Impco maintains a fully comprehensive conventional machine shop and an assembly area, which provide robust support to the primary CNC machining section. We have a fully equipped inspection department for both in-process and final inspection.
