The valve and control bank gives the operator direct, intuitive command of the entire drill cycle. Feed and clamp pressure gauges, feed pressure adjustment, percussion and rotation valves, rotation lockout, and air/water flushing controls are grouped in a single robust bank — with a manual override on every valve.
The bank works hand-in-hand with the machine’s PLC and drill-cycle automation, but because every function can be operated manually through hydraulic circuits, the round can be completed even in the event of total power failure. Simple, serviceable and proven underground, it is redundancy engineered in — not bolted on.
